The first two floors above the ground will accommodate trade,craft,offices andservices in longer east-west oriented buildings stretching over the whole plot. Due to the building structure, gaps are created leaving space for small scale use. <\/p>\n<p>On top of the two-floor plinth area along the esplanade,there are seven floors of loosely structured,as if selectivelytransparent cubic capacity with numerous noses and recesses of the fa\u00e7ade for residential use with very efficient multiple way-access to public infrastructure.
