For Wien Energie, our project “smart campus” is an integrative “super”-structure and an answer to the confined and limited space as well as the heterogeneous urban environment. The technical characteristics are softened by a green mantle. The vertically organized operating area forms the core of the structure. The administration office reaches from a central entrance area with a support and control center to a highly-structured, open zone with small-scale atria and skylight for a multifunctional zone.
